服务太差了，价格又不便宜，前台办事效率太差，一点服务意识没有，保洁清洁的也不干净，团购的跟自己来的服务不一样，待遇也不一样，退房时间晚，让客户足足等一个小时，也不提供座的地方，还没人给倒水，问个Wi-Fi密码拖拖拉拉的，干什么都让等，早饭也不好，房间具小。服务垃圾。服务垃圾。花了钱没享受这样的品质。连普通快捷酒店都不如。
