首先要说酒店本身服务非常好！但是晚上来机场接机的司机一定要吐槽！坐过无数次接机从没遇到这样差劲的师傅！大冬天我们从泰国回来只穿了单衣，先让我们去地下车库找他 我们按照短信内容问机场服务人员2号廊在哪里 回答说不知道 我们找不到司机 打电话司机要求我们从外面过马路到停车场 凌晨2点带着两个老人在外面冻着，又让我们回四楼出发口 种种要求折腾我们 接到我们后车停在路上跟我们吵，说话难听毫无一个职业人员应具备的基本素质！车牌号豫A尾号69D。一定要曝光他！给酒店前台反映情况后处理态度非常棒 免费升级了房型加了早餐 第二天退房时还送了小礼物，这里需要点赞！

环境不错，服务态度很好，就是交通不太方便，一早赶飞机，需要打车的一定要提前预约好。酒店只有整点送机的车。
