酒店离郑州东站很近，打的很方便也便宜。本来定的是普通标间，但是一到酒店，服务的小伙子就给我们升级了，变成：50平米、两张150米大床、落地窗，睡得非常舒服，真心感谢！本来旅行第一天去洛阳的动车没赶上，心情不好，但酒店价廉物美，让我们重拾美丽心情。

酒店干净，安静，停车方便，前台服务好，房间特大，双人间是两个1米8的大床，特别适合带小朋友的家庭。美中不足，两个枕头都一样厚，应该一厚一薄，便于客人挑选适合自己的。

垃圾酒店，跟我说突发情况房间暂时没有洗澡水，洗漱用水也没有，要等半个小时。因为我是23:00才住的酒店，没法退房，然后也没法换酒店了，就将就住了。结果住了一个晚上都没水，澡都没洗，也没法洗脸。酒店一点补偿的措施都没有。住了以后真是没有保障，送个我一个5块钱的茶杯就是补偿了！没有责任心酒店，祝早日关门大吉。
