空调有问题，半夜连换三个房间，工作人员态度挺好，但，就是不承认有问题，直到最后证实确实有问题后才觉得丢脸，不会再来这个酒店了，不推荐

这是我住过性价比最高的酒店，很满意。孩子也很开心，并收到服务态度超好的前台赠送的礼物和水果，游泳池设施完善。计划十一再次来洛阳，定会第一选择此酒店。
