早餐不错 服务人员都很友善 因为个人原因需要延迟一段时间退房 工作人员也是很随和的答应了 整体卫生非常好 并且也很干净 因为地面上停车收费的问题 工作人员也耐心帮助 后来停到地下停车场时 门口的工作人员的服务态度以及专业程度不亚于之前住过的五星酒店 很棒的体验

在网上订的标准间，到店后直接免费给升级，酒店不错，配备的洗浴用品质量不错，物品也挺新，鸭绒被挺好，早餐也还可以，附近有一个商场，在南边房间能看到湖景，值得入住。

郑州的冬天蛮冷的，但酒店一进去就暖暖的，尤其是床褥及毛巾都是干燥暖和的。
酒店位置很好，离高铁站近，打车方便，旁边就是一个蛮大的商场，逛街吃饭都不错；酒店管理正规，很安静，房间很大、舒服，酒店早餐也蛮丰盛的。退房的时候看到别人结婚，很喜庆！

来这边大学出差，选择了智选假日。因为本身在市郊，周围酒店不多，智选算是比较好的。前台接待工作人员态度非常好，办理入住速度也很快，房间还很幸运的升级了。房间内整洁无异味。
