订的时候看的是图片觉得还不错。见到房间后无语。失望。客房只能放下一张床！ 窗户是内穿。 卫生间拥挤的侧着身子才能去洗澡。卫生间洗澡的门都要掉了。房间插座电源接触不良。 要求换房各种理由。我提到他们房间的问题。说房间没有电话 只有一个传呼器还是坏的。房间手机信号差等。前台自己都笑了。我不知道这笑的什么意思 说说优点 热水多。暖气足。 还有麻烦把你们家酒店描述照片换了吧。别糊弄人了。

服务员态度好差，跟钱她钱一样，冲顾客发火还第一次遇见，牛*哄哄，这么牛*做服务行业干嘛去当公务员啊……然后那个窗户，没有就不要写了，让顾客感觉在骗人一样，窗户外面是室内。设施挺新的，服务差。
