入住时一个同伴因未带身份证，总台的小伙子仅仅一句不能入住就不管了，也不提升如何解决，询问时不耐的说，我沒办法。我们提出是否可以由派出所开证明入住，才告诉我们派出所在哪儿，结果到派出所民警下班了又无法开，而且值班民警很奇怪的问我们：你们两个人有一个人带身份证不就可以了吗？无语了！有四星级的设施，沒有四星级的服务也不能是四星级！
