主题酒店，整体硬件设施比较好，装修很有风格，格局很棒，位置好找，房间设施齐全，卫生间和淋浴间干湿分离，室内有加湿器，小冰箱等，干净整洁卫生。当天的前台男接待太不给力，房间停水，打电话说问下，半个小时没回电话，下楼询问，自己在前台发呆，问他什么情况，他说去问问，太懈怠。十分钟后打电话说管道问题。二十分钟后来水，没有热水，再次询问，说稍后回电话，一直没有回电话。干事太墨迹，办事懈怠。
