服务人员不够贴心，酒店出现问题服务人员对顾客的关怀不够，停电住的楼层比较高，顾客抬行李都是自己，房间水和蜡烛都没有主动询问。服务还有待完善。

西餐厅味道可以，但是东西不全，中餐味道还可以，酒店卫生一般，房间换床单还有规定必须3天一换，这是问题突然断电，没有主动给客人送蜡烛，还要打给前台，服务还不到位。超市需要才可以开锁。整体服务关怀不到位，服务人员还需要培训。
