也许是我手机定位的问题，定位到总店了，总店说在分店。我问他可不可以协商一下下，调到总店来。前台就有点不耐烦，而且从我进去她的态度就不好。然后我们就来分店了，分店的前台一开始我感觉她们态度还行。不过她们在电脑上找了半天说没有这个订单，后来在手机上找到了，让我等了很久，我表示很无奈。然后我们去了房间后发现那个锁是坏的，下去了两趟才叫上来一个服务员来看看。期间她还在和别人打电话，一点都不负责，一开始还不承认是坏的，直到她自己试了一下，才承认是的。我们说要换房间，她说没有房间的。后来我们说要退房，她才说有房间。这样前后不一，让顾客怎么放心。强烈建议老板培训一下服务员，这态度太不好了。另外建议大家还是去全国连锁的大酒店住宿。在这个宾馆里呆了一夜，简直糟心，卫生间居然有点漏水，无奈
