住了两天没人收拾房间，要求打扫都没人收拾卫生。卫生间没有毛巾，门关不紧，不过跟后边比这都是小事了。 离店时电梯故障，被关在电梯里，前台挂我电话，打了两边说叫维修人员，幸好电梯在三楼停住了，到了前台就一句不好意思，呵呵。

太失望了！！！
第一，上午订的带窗标准间已经确认房间，是不可取消的那种，晚上到时前台说没有标准间了，说是自动确认的。
第二，换的麻将房，没有窗户，房间挺大也是双床，就是烟味很大。
第三，没有热水，打前台至少四次，只说让多放放水，后来又说调压什么的，刚打的水，正在烧……真是无语了，凉水洗洗澡算了，同事说他早上再洗，第二天早上还是凉的……
最开始本想退房，看评论还可以，怎么会差别这么多，建议需要住的朋友先看过房再订
