全五分！堪称完美。有宾至如归的感觉！停车场停车非常方便，不管是大堂还是房间，服务都很到位！考虑周到，尤其是管家席玮服务周到细致，尽一切努力帮助我们解决一切问题。性价比极高，比我们在洛阳的四百多的好了几十倍，比开封八百的也不差甚至房间更甚一筹！26层的餐厅东西很好吃也不太贵，下次来郑州还来这里住，强烈推荐！

出差选择的这家，离两边的办事地点都不远，位置不错，旁边就是红星美凯龙。
附近吃的也很多，主要是住的很舒服。
虽然到了都十二点多了，还没有腾出房间让我等了一小会儿，但前台态度很好，下午三点退房，很人性化了，酒店早餐也丰富，楼道的桌子上有水可以随意喝，不用自己额外购买了，还送了迎接果盘，很到位了，做到了正真的宾客如归。

房间大，被褥干净，洗护用品全，孩子早餐免费，带孩子1.35米的单床俩孩子睡很宽敞，早餐不错，品种不算少，环境好。酒店门口好多餐馆，吃饭方便，超市也多，

都说美豪服务好，号称酒店业的海底捞，说实话真的没感觉有啥特别的！标注有的水果和饮品都没看到！空调也不给力，总之可能期待的太好所以有心理落差，早餐还算丰盛
