优点:房间设计充满特色，非常时尚水很大，热水也比较好，设施比较齐全，套间设计，实际面积大约为50平方米，房间隔音效果较好
缺点:周边环境吵闹，隐藏在居民社区中，寻找不便，且周围较混乱。卫生间的门，客厅的窗子有一些故障，关不严，房间里有装修残余的气味，电视仅有20余个台。
