作为携程多年用户，真诚点评一下这家酒店。总体感觉是硬件5颗星，服务1颗星。作为新型快捷商务酒店，从装修到房间基本设施，我感觉都不错。一层设有电脑和咖啡机，布置舒适，房间内色彩搭配和谐，电视毛巾饮品都没问题。但是，服务员真是让人头疼，入住因为订单问题（略去200字）折腾了十多分钟，算账半天也没算对……第二天上午出门时让我补了10元差价，走时专门嘱咐前台说房间只换毛巾拖下洗手间地面即可，等我下午回来也还没弄，打了电话才有保洁来收拾。退房时说打发票，告诉我月初无法打发票……小餐馆的节奏么……我提出留地址快递，4个小时后在高铁上接到酒店电话，说今明两天能寄给我。希望酒店管理有提高，这样下次还能住。
