到店之后给开了一个最靠边上的房间，我要求换一个中间一点的，前台说没有房了，后来又说网上定了都是在边上的房间。我想问难道你们网上只允许定四五间房,因为在边上的就那么几间。另外，既然网上订都是边上，为什么不在网上说明情况。服务差，设施差，前台人员像是谁欠她钱一样。
