飞机到达时间有点晚，临时在这里住了一晚。从入住到就餐到退房各方面都不错，服务给一星，差错出在最后：退过房从地下停车场出来，卡在收费处需要酒店停车卡才免费的，停车口小哥不错，让我把车开上来到大堂去补开一个卡在交给他，车停到大厅前我下车就对一位戴眼镜一位工作人说：拿一下东西马上走！他点头示意同意，于是赶紧跑进大堂补卡，无奈大堂口另外几名工作人员的谈话被我们车上同行人员听到：大体意思就是把车停这干嘛，态度傲慢盛气。路上我才得知此事，不是什么大事，但星级宾馆还是得注意下细节吧！别忘了酒店业就是服务业，态度决定一切。还有那几位同志，你们的薪水中有我们消费贡献的一份，拿薪水的时候知道汗颜不？酒店的核心是服务，万豪这么好的名誉，这个不应该吧
