前台服务和酒店环境都挺好的，就是走的时候衬衣忘到酒店了，前台打电话过来说，因为时间问题没办法回去拿就麻烦前台说帮忙寄快递回来运费我们出，结果有个自称酒店员工的人说刚好顺路可以帮忙带回来，当时真的觉得非常感谢，酒店员工送衣服的时候我不在就让朋友帮忙拿的，结果朋友回来说送衣服的人给他要了15块钱，我不知道这个钱是酒店收的还是员工自己收的，毕竟寄回来同城快递最多10块钱。希望酒店可以核实一下
