服务员素质太差，刚下楼准备退房想起来房间前一天卖的饮料没拿，回去拿的时候已经没有了，还有回到家想起来腰带也丢在房间了，回头打电话也说没有，哎，真是没法说！虽然不是什么值钱的东西，但是凸显出来这里的服务包括服务员的素质！真的是太差劲！让我对这个酒店的印象一下子进去了我的黑名单！

这次体验真的很差，本来给朋友安排的，到地方酒店没有预订信息，前台人员打电话问了好几个人才弄清楚是酒店这边没给前台下单信息，好不容易办理了入住，一开房间里面有人，又找各种理由解释，最后不得不给调到其他房间。另酒店年份较久，装修看着较旧。
