和朋友来郑，看了好多做后订了东方粤海大酒店，交通便利，位置处于繁华地段，出行很方便，大堂环境很好，刚到酒店就看到保洁人员在做全面消毒，疫情期间让人入住很放心，总台小姑娘热情，办理入住很快捷，房间卫生干净整洁，楼层大姐很亲切，卫生打扫很认真，提现出酒店整体的管理水平很正规，很满意！

家庭套房很适合一家人住，房间很整洁温馨，客房和保安服务态度都很好，就是电视遥控不灵。有停车场但是不太大，毕竟闹市区寸土寸金的，可以理解。紧邻丹尼斯等大商城，购物吃饭很方便
