这次是考试定的房间。说是什么三星级还是四星级。。。
优点：1.房间整洁干净。
2.酒店有饭，可以不用再出去吃了。饭菜味道还不错。
3.晚上送了一包酸奶和水果。水果只有几个小番茄，一个桃子，和两根不知道啥东西(像黄瓜一样但没黄瓜大)
缺点：1.标间房间感觉好小。而且我住11楼，关上窗户，下边的狗叫声和汽车鸣笛声听的清清楚楚。
2.房间应该有菜单，让顾客可以直接在房间点餐，不用再去一楼餐厅了。
3.服务质量不太好，工作失误。已经在携程上付过款了，应该刷押金就够了，给我刷成了房费，然后我都到楼上了，又叫我下去退钱，然后重新刷。。
4.携程上说的送精美礼品，我问前台，前台说退房时候送，我说现在送不行吗。那人给了我一盒指甲刀，里面有指甲剪、挖耳勺。但是有点生锈了。。

前台服务态度不太专业，不耐烦的样子，酒店周围环境不够赞，酒店有些偏僻，附近好像是菜市场，房间内部还可以吧。
