前台人不太实诚，店里收费298，网上订308，也不说，只说你要是在网上订就订吧，网上多少钱就是多少钱，结果第二天早上退房的时候告诉我说，嗯，店里收费298，网上你订的是308，气死我了……
不是差几块钱的事，这个做法让人心里很不舒服，还是星级酒店呢，心里烦烦的……
