很不满意，这次是参加会议在这里住，卫生差床上有头发，房间设施老旧，最可气的就是发票，我是用餐前台给我开成住宿费，回来之后才看到服务项目不对，就打电话咨询30号问的说可以换开发票，让我把发票寄回去，结果4月1日我再次打电话咨询时前台告诉我说不能换开，让我打电话到财务去问，到了财务又说要到前台问，各部门之间相互推诿，酒店就这个管理水平吗？很简单的一个小事就体现出来是否以宾客至上。

这家酒店在郑州开很久了，欧式风格……房间类型也有多种，可以根据自己的情况进行选择，整体感觉还不错！刚好碰见办婚宴的沾沾喜气棒极了！
