非常好的酒店，前台接待人员看到我带着孩子，为我们增配了儿童用品，大堂副理还为小朋友送了可爱的小礼物。整个入住非常愉快，无论是前台、行李服务、还是客房大姐都非常热情，像回到自己家一样，小朋友尤其开心，下次来郑州了还要住在这里

是一个中规中矩的商务酒店，硬件不见得有五星那么豪华(我是在艺龙按五星检索到的)。早餐也尚可。地理位置不理想，就算在新区也属于比较边上的一家。总之没有遗憾也没有惊喜。不过整体服务意识，水平还算是比较高的。还有接送机服务，对我这样要离店后直接去机场的是很多的一个服务。。。谢谢！
