维也纳住的次数比较多了，这次预定双床房到酒店只有大床房后加弹簧床勉强过关，第二天换房及退押金态度感觉不是很好，可能管理有疏漏衔接不好给个服务一般吧

门缝隔音不行吸风，外面也没什么风，但是整个房间的呼呼声吵的没法入睡，开着门就没呼呼声，关上窗户还是吵的睡不着，这不半夜睡不着起来评论，
再加上天气闷热，酒店的中央空调都坏了，说要过几天才能修好，还不能开窗户，否则俗称的“鬼凤”会吵的你耳朵受不了
给前台打电话要个浴巾洗澡，打了3次，过了一小时才送来，服务太慢
