房间干净，客房服务员很贴心，房间的无线网络很好，交通便利，去机场真的很方便，最让我感动的是酒店姜经理提醒我坐巴士车时间，要不然误车就麻烦了，他的服务是用心的，办理入住时就随口说了一下飞机起飞的时间，就能记住提醒我时间。推荐入住，感觉很好。

时隔3年后再次来到郑州，下飞机之后有大巴直接到酒店，很方便。大堂感觉很温暖，配有热茶，进门随处都能听到问候，前台办理手续很迅速！还送了水果，意外惊喜啊！以后到郑州都会选择民航的。

酒店有免费机场巴士乘坐，非常方便，从办理入住到退房酒店服务一直都很不错，前台服务热情，办理速度也很快，房间卫生干净，乳胶床垫很舒适，朝阳的房间光线很好，房间很安静，总体是一次不错的入住体验，满意
