浴缸清洁不是很彻底，客房服务响应速度有些慢。我看到大堂的服务生对待来酒店借用卫生间的人态度不是很友善，待改进。但总体来说还是不错的，价格非常的实惠尽人。

河南郑州希尔顿酒店位置临近郑东新区，门外距离地铁口一百米，游泳池健身房都很值得试试！
附近有曼哈顿商业街，档次饭店和各地美味都有，很方便。
房间整洁，服务员服务周到，下次还来！

希尔顿不用说作为希尔顿客会一员，只要价格不高的离谱时，都会选择希尔顿，服务还是一样的令人感觉暖心，设施就是我喜欢的呢种风格。房间也很干净，还有很多贴心的服务。总之服务还是全球化标准，五星级里算物超所值的了
