中州假日，中州智选假日和中州皇冠假日三家是在一起的，一开始走错了，中州假日最小，整体还比较紧凑，房间干净，枕头有特色，没有订含早餐的，还不错吧，位置还算方便，就是退房时候出了一点小问题，我延长住了一晚（首次入住是一个订单，又提交了一个订单），由于是在艺龙上订的，酒店前台把两次订单给合成了一个，在打印水单时出现了房间有一晚比前两晚少了3分钱，我要求重新打印，每晚房价都是我预订的428一晚的价格，前台工作人员说系统自动生成的，无法更改，只能再人工帮我打印一份，并告知我大约10分钟左右，到最后从我要退房到拿到住宿水单和发票一共花了近30分钟，我当时非常生气，工作人员道歉了，我也理解其初衷是好的，为了让客人退房时候节约时间，但是事与愿违，我当场提出是否可以以后提前跟客人知会下你们的想法是否客户认可？事后值班经理跟我电话回访并再次致歉，我表示接受。希望酒店注意服务的细节吧，整体觉得还是不错的。
