弘润华夏是个非常好的宾馆！虽然周边环境差一点，宾馆服务、设施都非常好，房间很大，餐饮也很好。

位置算郑州偏北。由于是开车，还算方便。有免费停车场。到的时候原定的房间被有活动的公司占用了，免费升级2号楼房间。服务态度非常好！房间干净，有免费水果。2号楼7层餐厅的早餐挺不错，种类不多但是中西餐都有，吃着很舒服。无线网貌似不太稳定。

基本设施还好，只是这个价格应该配备电脑的吧！遗憾的是没有，另外你们不是说有礼包赠送的，报纸水果等等！全都没有的！可能是你们和酒店的沟通问题吧，虽然我们不在乎这些的，但承诺的都应该可以做到这才是你们做服务的原则吧！
