出入方便，物有所值，环境尚可，房间小，装修有点落后，周围噪音有点大。饭菜花样有点少。服务员服务态度和蔼可亲，办理手续方便快捷。打出租不够方便，希望宾馆在环境上继续进行改善。

这个宾馆的环境不错，房间内收拾的很干净，如果早上你可以起来的话，去吃他家的早餐，早餐很好吃呦，很营养，品种很多，就是上网有点麻烦，得自己带电脑，操作酒店复杂，不过总体还是很不错的，价格也很合理，很适合中等消费的人群去消费……

就在华北水院大门口边上，挂牌3星，实际就是招待所的水平，要不是去开会我是不会住在这的。地毯比较脏，床上还有头发，窗户也脏兮兮的，卫生间反味很严重，空调也不知道多久没清洗过了，有股怪味道。本来订了3天，到第二天就受不了，换到Ramada去了，前台收钱的时心里透着一个开心啊，难道你们不看看你们的房间脏成神马样子吗？退房手续办了10分钟，无语了，希望再也不来住了，阿门...

服务不错，房间也不错，去的时候正好是去参加电视台的活动，那里的房间很畅销，还好在同程上预订了房间，要不然就没有地方住了
