真心感谢大堂经理张跃飞，门童张康，接待刘源！酒店的硬件位置没问题。最重要的是软环境，管理以及服务意识真的也要给满分！因为酒店的工作人员的极致服务，以至于对整个河南的印象都大大提高。因为自己拿了一个大件物品需要冷藏，试着问问门童小帅哥张康寻求帮助，小伙没有推诿，马上去看酒店的冰箱，在空间不够的情况下，又去找经理帮忙，大堂经理张跃飞非常热情，在跑到餐厅确认仍没有空间的情况下，找到接待人员刘源，决定把东西放在车后备箱里，刘源又去取自己的车钥匙，就这样帮忙解决了问题。问题虽不大，态度真的很认真！这样的员工真的很棒，必须表扬！感谢😊
