因为疫情已经好久没有走出过城市，假期不想在家窝着，就选择带孩子来他心心念念的玉米楼住一下。整体设施齐全，装饰更偏向商务一点，不过小男孩要不在意这个，他的注意力都在高处远眺上。不过因为外面的灯箱会对视野有遮挡，不过也在意料之内，整体还是不错。
服务人员亲切有礼，非常贴心，是一次愉快的入住，以后有机会也会带朋友、家人来这里。
可惜的是游泳池没有开放，孩子没有能游泳比较失望。
希望疫情早日结束，有更多的人能来到我们郑州、我们也可以早点去别的城市玩。

JW万豪的服务质量因该说还是标杆级的，对得起这个地标建筑，从前厅接待到前台服务人员，再到保洁阿姨，对客户的需求尽力达成，为客户的完美体验处处用心，最后走的时候有个叫Sylvia的小姐姐，诚恳的提醒和谦逊务实的工作态度 让我想到了日本的酒店服务态度，真心👍👍👍
