首先说一下为什么对服务不满意，我早上起来酒店早餐已经结束，我就叫的外卖，十点二十二外卖小哥打电话说酒店不让上楼早餐放前台了，我就给前台打电话让酒店服务员送上来，前台说那要等一会送现在没人，好等吧，谁知道一等就是二十分钟，送我外卖的服务员看着还不太高兴的样子。我想说你们这酒店就这服务水平？我叫外卖就是不想自己出去吃，你们不让外卖小哥上楼我也理解，可是我不理解让你们酒店送到房间能送二十分钟？最差的一次住店感受从来没有过这样的体验。第一次也是最后一次在这个酒店住了。
