真的是超一流的服务！郑州国际酒店里服务水准最高的。无论是前台 礼宾还是行政楼层的服务人员表现卓越，之前一直在艾美用餐，因为门口修地铁交通不便，大部分会选择万达文华跟海汇万怡。这次想体验一下艾美，服务人员的素质可以跟珠三角媲美！早上高峰期打不到车得到了礼宾部员工的协助，热情周到，非常满意。再次感谢，以后会成为常客。

不错！酒店地理位置 方便 可能因为地铁施工原因导致车流较大 停车有地下停车场 较为宽敞 大堂相对较小 办理入住需要排队且比较慢但是服务比较不错 早餐自助比较丰富 推荐 入住艾美套房 房间很大 设施较为全面 推荐 诺大酒店付款不是很方便 不支持支付宝 apple pay还是相对小众 并告知刷银行卡退还押金需要两周！需要提前准备现金，总体还是好评

酒店不错，环境、服务、早餐都很满意，就是门口修地铁，进出不太方便，另外酒店门口的迎宾做的不太到位，停车没有人管理，感觉有些混乱。
