酒店服务员素质非常差，退房的时候忘了块手表在桌上，旁边还有一袋药，服务员查房就是没说，不知是激动了还是咋的，连我消费的水都没给前台说，这都什么素质，后来到酒店去找就死活不认账了，这样的酒店还能住吗，也不知道是怎么管理的！
