服务差评！！！！！前台服务员工号10，戴眼镜那女的，第一天开房全程没笑容没有好脸色，说话语气也极差，第二天我朋友又来开房，开好后先把行李箱放前台我们去吃饭，吃完回来后我们拿行李箱，站都没站，滑着板凳就把万向轮的行李箱推向了我，关键是地还可滑，也不怕撞到我！！！我还是礼貌性的说了声谢谢跟朋友回房间了！在这住过这么多次，每次服务态度都是不错的，唯一这次来郑州，碰上这种前台，影响心情！再也不来这住了！！！

5月28号下午当班的前台女士，你态度真的太差了，问你一点问题回答的像是欠你钱一样的生硬。网订对不起你了么？这次给不推荐了，硬件该升级一下了，不过相比周边还算可以，其他还是挺满意的，这个不推荐为前台。
