酒店服务超赞，环境也很干净，用积分兑换升级了房型，房间很大，还有浴缸，拖鞋质量特好，拿回家了，哈哈哈。。。楼层电梯间都有免费的瓶装饮用水，很是贴心！下次再来郑州还会选择住在这里，除了没有泳池，不输希尔顿！

酒店很好，但是艺龙太垃圾，推荐去携程下订单，订单出现问题哪怕是不退不改的订单，携程客服也能给你搞定，在艺龙定的房间，我需要加钱升级房型，酒店都同意了，艺龙平台不同意，太恶心了，艺龙太垃圾，太垃圾，垃圾平台。再也不在艺龙定房间了，哪怕同样房型艺龙能便宜几百也不来了，后续服务太垃圾

房间很大，设备也都很好，就是早起洗澡放了很久没有热水，但九点后水又很热了。早餐很丰盛，味道也好。前台部分服务员态度不很好，好像欠她钱一样。

由于定的房间出点问题歪打正着住了这里，自然有了这一次必须要认真评价的机会。酒店的设计，装修和服务处处体现了高标准，时尚不失档次。房间多个USB预留、卫生间的SOS呼叫、窗户的隔音效果彰显了对细节的绝对重视。地段好，易停车，饮用水无限提供。工作人员职业素养比较高！感谢艺龙，再来！
