我在艺龙网订了三天的标间，给我换了大床房而且没窗户，找了酒店前台答应第二天给我换房间，但十七号晚上的前台告诉我没有标间了，全被订掉了，在我的坚持下才给我换了一间标间，大床房卫生间有点味道，标间就好多了，有窗还大，卫生间没味道，房间也挺干净，真心觉得对得起这个价位。酒店的服务也挺好的，我还推荐了一位姐妹去住哟.

感觉前台业务不熟练。开始说没查到订单，又抱怨要提前给酒店说有预订，我说艺龙发给我的信息没要求提前致电酒店说要预留，说的是报姓名凭身份证登记。后来通过艺龙客服联系后又要求提供验证码。我说不是团购，没验证码。又折腾好一阵才办好。而且没标准间。换了单人房。没窗户。洗澡是电热水的。大堂还不错，房屋电视机还比较大。
