预定行政单人间，因为入住当天有商务活动，免费升级到行政套房，酒店设施比较新，房间干净卫生。酒店位于郑东新区，道路宽敞，周围环境也不错，不像老城区道路拥堵的厉害，入住有车最好，不过我们用滴滴也很方便。步行约20分钟有个宝龙城市广场，那里很多吃饭的地方，推荐阿五黄河大鲤鱼，一家有名的豫菜馆，感觉口味比较适合我们（江苏人）。

住过史上最差的五星酒店，没有之一，简直就是招待所，从一进大厅开始就很差，当然这是硬件问题不说了，前台小伙子办理完入住什么都不交代，比如早餐时间，地点，wifi，不问不说，真不知道如何培训的，进到楼道那个昏暗，房间家具老旧，地毯老旧，一切都很不舒服，我找服务员想要两瓶水，居然只有2瓶免费，其余都要收费，真是服气了，这么抠唆为毛还要定位五星，这种服务态度居然也能是大名鼎鼎的温德姆，住过重庆的，青岛的温德姆，除了房卡一样，其余简直都比不上一般全季这样的快捷，郑州这家真是太差了！！！

太棒了，环境很美也很安静，出来很多天，对这里满意度最高。自驾来的，感觉位置不错，老人孩子满意到在酒店门口拍了照片。
