第一幕：凌晨三点办入住，前台告诉我必须十二点前退房，请求推迟退房，只得到冰冷回复和铁的规定，协商未果。
第二幕：七点到九点处理完事，再补一觉，醒来已是十一点，一想到十二点退房，赶紧匆忙的洗漱收拾，慌张狼狈。
第三幕：从十一点五十到十二点五分，转了四部电梯，最终选择先上后下，伴随着楼道里密集的脚步声，勉强从七楼脱身。
第四幕：大堂经理送纪念品，送水，安排接车，赔不是，把危机公关做到了极致。

前台服务态度好，开好房间之后会告诉内线电话说有什么不满意或者有什么需要都可以提出来这边会尽量满足，房间大，床睡着非常舒服， 停车也挺便利的，下次还会再次光顾！

住的挺不错，服务态度可以说称得是星级的。进了房间前台主管还打电话问有什么问题都可以随时联系的，地理位置挺好的。还好打车！性价比很高的 极力推荐

酒店地理位置较好，交通方便，购物也方便，离曼哈顿很近。房间卫生也不错，空间很大，视野特别好，让人心情愉悦，前台的服务很是热情，让人很温暖。下次还会选择这里。

房间空间挺大 宽敞明亮 前台服务也很到位 开了房间半个小时，前台服务员打电话询问对房间满意吗 ；如果有问题的话，可以随时给前台打电话。五星好评没毛病！😄
