住了这么多酒店第一次差评
早上退房，最开始开不了专票，等能开专票了，一大堆人围着开票小姑娘，一个人开票慢死，旁边三个人竟然没事站在那看都不帮忙
催了一下，答复是请排队
*******，住你这就是要去东站赶火车，**都排了二十分钟了，再排就退火车票了
