大堂很有气势，在48楼，视野很开阔，旁边有动物园和大型的商场，吃喝玩都比较方便，电梯的设计很隐私和安全，棒极了。环境好，房间舒适，前台服务态度非常好，尤其是曹宁和张豪丽，过年期间积极热情帮我解决问题，为她们的这种态度点赞，真的很不错。房间卫生打扫的很干净，床很舒服。房间很大，很干净，性价比很高，非常满意的一次入住。

离省博很近，屋内设施及酒店服务一流。泳池在49楼，风景无敌好，除了池子小点其他都没的说。

楼上娱乐区域夜里到凌晨一直都是重低音狂响！非常影响休息！而且房间的门太不隔音了，设计的也不合理！走廊有人开门关门声音非常大！沙发污渍很多，地毯有年代没有没有清洁了吧？五星级？拖鞋走一圈然后请看脚下！电梯还要先上48再下楼太麻烦了！门口的保安一群聊天的客人什么都不管，真的很郑州！门口大字是富力文华酒店...忽然感觉很山寨...不会再住！自觉考量吧只想呵呵！
