此酒店不仅干净整洁、重新装修后更显大气，室内装修时尚又得体，各种物品都是全新的；我订的是酒店相对较小的方型（带着女儿来郑州走亲戚），但房间空间个人感觉一点也不小；床与枕头都很舒适；酒店人员服务意识特别强、态度特别诚恳与和善；尤其是前台的李莎莎经理，让我感动至深！我走亲戚时把好几件物品放在前台忘了带，李莎莎经理那么纤瘦的身体，却拿着我的物品走了较远的路程给我送过去，李经理真的是人美心更美！入住后当晚酒店给送的水果，房间内还有免费的蓝山咖啡，质量都非常好，而且还有亲笔写的贴心的话语，倍感温馨！早餐菜品荤素搭配，面食与粥（胡辣汤与黑米粥等）、鸡蛋牛奶酸奶等都能满足咱们早餐的均衡与营养！酒店地理位置超好，附近大型高档商场、小吃街、电影院等距离很近，最主要的是下高铁坐地铁直达酒店门口；自驾车地下地上均可以免费停车。总之，这个酒店准四星级酒店，性价比特别高，下次还会选择入住该酒店。

酒店的位置位于市中心，而且在地铁站旁边，十分方便；房间卫生很干净，整整齐齐的；冬至在酒店里过，酒店工作人员的态度非常的好，特别感谢大堂宋经理的帮忙，专业知识丰富，各项服务都很到位，笑容也特别亲切。酒店各方面都不错，就是装修比较怀旧，有待改进。
