今天入住银河国际酒店，有些感想要分享一下，给大家做一个参考。
第一，外窗密封性较好，且房间楼层较高，很安静。
第二，从前台接待要求看房间，到办理入住，以及打电话给总机要求提供相关客房物品，处理速度极为迅速。服务响应零延迟，这一点让常年各地出差的我也要竖起大拇指称赞！
第三，服务态度很好。尤其要对为我调换房间的客房服务人员表示感谢，具体姓名我不清楚。可能是本人对气味比较敏感，晚上感觉房间里有些装修的味道，打电话给前台，前台服务人员没有提出任何质疑，马上安排给我调换房间，并有专门带我连续看了两个不同楼层的房间，又楼上楼下跑，为我更换房卡和早餐卷，还赠送了礼品。换了房间后，确定不是房间里有味道，而是我开始入住房间的那个楼层的过道里，不知道从哪儿进来的油漆味。
从这个事件，反馈出来的首先是信任，对客人的信任和尊重，对待客人提出的疑问或不满，没做任何辩解，而是立即解决，实际上可能是我们冤枉了酒店方面。
第四，还是想重点表扬一下晚上再次给我赠送果盘的妹妹，谢谢真诚温和善良的你！
出门外门，住宿除了硬件条件，同样重要的是图个舒心，这里做到了。
你们的客服响应速度要比很多五星级酒店都快，请继续保持！
