整体来说，在郑州性价比还是挺高的。唯一的不足是设施有点旧，有个姓lu的经理。服务态度不好。做为服务行业不知道他怎么当上经理的，说话很难听。不是因为他可能我住的会更顺心些……总之来说还不错，希望店家继续努力，………………

豫贸宾馆总经理：203房间这样的设施称为“豪华双人房”明显自夸了！设施老旧损坏，例如房间墙纸脱落、卫生间门锁坏了、洗脸台要垮了、镜子锈迹斑斑、台盆松动、坐便器水箱盖没了、淋浴间缺门、灯具不亮等等，更可怖的是地毯很脏，都是污点头发。请你们自查，看看说的是不是事实。
