房间实际情况和携程描述差距简直是大的惊人！卫生差到极致！电灯开关上厚厚的一层黑泥！地毯上一层长头发！不说了，简直是恶心！

房间档次及设施根本和豪华沾不上半毛钱关系！连个坐的椅子都没有！在携程上看的照片，和现实入住的酒店简直不沾边！酒店设施破旧、玻璃上电灯开关上都是一层污垢！我们五家人都带着孩子，孩子在爬爬垫上玩耍，我竟然发现破旧的地毯上覆盖了一层以前住户留下的长头发和体发！简直是这个酒店这么高的的用，卫生和硬件的确是让我对这个酒店很有意见！

房间还区分1号楼和2号楼，设施陈旧，总台服务员态度不怎么好，总体感觉差！温泉过道臭哄哄，浴衣、浴巾陈旧，严重缺乏，总体感觉差！

这已经是第三次入住，房间的卫生状况差强人意，深色的红木家具上蒙着一层灰，我们进到房间之后，服务员才忙着擦拭庭院的桌椅。不知道是水质的问题，还是汤池没有刷干净，总之一池子混沌的温泉水，顿时没了心情。餐厅及大堂服务中出现的问题就不想多说了。。。此刻，特别想跟江南春的老板说一句：要想在市场竞争中占的先机，唯有保证产品及服务！
