这次选择入住这家酒店，是因为上次来住过，感觉还不错，但是这次入住时出了一点小意外，同程网上订的房，订单也确认，也收到通知，当我到达酒店时酒店前台员工态度极不好，居然对我说没房，后来经酒店经理调整才给了我一间房，虽然入住但是认为员工素质有待提高。
