酒店窗户没有纱窗，房间有烟味，开窗换空气，喂了一晚上蚊子。我在睡觉，服务员没经我允许擅自开房门。房间电话按键不好使线路通，总机，订餐，客房服务无法联系，服务员过来告诉我电话没问题。我定了两天房，第一天300，第二天320，觉得换房麻烦，打算付320别换房了，联系总机什么都不行，无法沟通无法协商。我用手机联系总机，想协商换房，订餐，还有房间电话的事，告诉我客房8166就把电话挂了，再打过去问为什么挂电话，总机说没人挂电话……真是无语，房间服务员开完房门再问就说没开，总机挂电话再问就说没挂电话……好吧，我得失忆症了，以后不会再住这里
