这次居住很是失望！之前在这里住过，觉得环境还行，服务态度也可以，但是这次居住觉得办事效率不高，前台人员服务态度很差，我们有什么问题解答得很不耐烦，而且明明已经居住过并付款离店啦，居然告知艺龙我未如约入住，而且我打电话去前台确认，态度很不好，一点儿都没有歉意，还让我自己找艺龙让他们再次确认！总之这次居住很不称心！客房陈设也很老旧，防盗锁还坏了！
