这个酒店是我第二次入住，第一次体验：到前台的时候有三波人在等着，前台有三位工作人员却只有一个在工作，并且还是个新手，效率非常慢。我实在等的急了就催了一下，他们说老板规定只能一个人在工作。第二次体验：离店时候要求开发票，他们说在艺龙网买的不能开发票，让我找艺龙，然后艺龙的客服给酒店交涉了半天说可以开发票，让我自己联系酒店开发票，我不愿意联系要求投诉，艺龙的客服直接说尽管投诉吧就把电话挂了。

宾馆内部还可以 但是服务不是很满意 我们提前五天订的付了全款的房间 入住当天突然打电话说酒店满房了 让我们退款 前台客服还挂我们电话 后来找了经理协调 才可以入住
