服务员态度冷淡，电话咨询时还没说完就把电话挂了，宾馆房间挺大的，设施也好，接机服务很好，值得推荐。同程上订的稍贵，还没早餐。

首先，酒店前台差评，大晚上11点过去了，说我们定的是24:00才能入住，我说艺龙上没有写啊，前台说那是网站的错，跟她们没有关系。也不说解决办法，就一直说24:00以后才能入住。后来我们自己说补差价才住了进去。其次，艺龙客服差评，没有标注清楚24:00后才能入住，我打电话反映问题，反复推卸责任。最后我提意见说希望以后网站标注清楚，客服也不接受建议，直接把我话岔开了。作为一个用了艺龙无数次的忠实客户，这是最后一次用，再见。ps：服务的两颗星给接送机的师傅还有早上的前台姑娘。
